Update on my son. He received the coin from the commander this Friday and he is receiving another coin from the commander's boss and they are talking about placing his name in the CDC hall of fame. PDG Advisor helped me beat the odds. The promotion percentage for my AFSC was 14% this year (2014). This was my first time testing, and I tested higher than 98.99% of everyone else on the PFE. I scored a 79 and the average was 54. I beat the cutoff by 13 points thanks to PDG Advisor!

The 16E6 Cycle was a nervous time for many people because of the new Forced Distribution system. I ended up getting a Must Promote on my EPR. Grateful as I was for the extra points, I wanted to prove to my colleagues that I could promote without it. McMillan gave me the edge I needed. I smashed the PFE with an 88! 39 points over the cutoff as a first time tester. Even without the MP, I would have beat it by 19 points, having only 1 dec point. (PDG Advisor)
