Every transaction you make with McMillan Study Guides, Inc. is secure. When you shop at www.mcmguides.com, you join thousands of customers who safely shop our online store without credit card fraud. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software encrypts your personal information — including credit card number, name and address — so it cannot be read as it travels over the internet.

Depending on your location, you can select either Priority Mail or FedEx shipping for all physical products. Downloads and online study guides are available immediately following your purchase and via My McMillan. Unlock/Update Codes are emailed to you.

We make every effort to ship your order within one business day. Please allow sufficient time for shipments to arrive at overseas addresses.

If something is wrong with your order, we will gladly help you. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will correct your order as soon as possible.

You may return most items sold by McMillan Study Guides, Inc. within 20 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping). We cannot accept returns of the following items:

• Any item returned more than 20 days after delivery
• Any opened software
• Any item that is not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts)
• Any item dissipated upon delivery (Unlock/Update Codes and AudioBooks purchased online)

We are unable to authorize refunds for iOS apps purchased through App Store. To request a refund from App Store, locate your App Store email receipt and click “Report a Problem.” If you no longer have your receipt, visit App Store Support.

We are unable to authorize refunds for Android apps purchased through Google Play. To request a refund from Google Play within the first 15 minutes of purchase, open the Google Play Store app. Navigate to My Apps, then select the app you wish to return. After 15 minutes, the Refund button is replaced by an Uninstall button, which will remove the app but will not provide a refund.
