I highly recommend Advisor to everyone who is testing for promotion. This was my first time testing for Staff and I scored an 85 on my PDG and a 68 on my SKT. I was the #1 selectee in my career field, and I couldn't have done it without Advisor! The 16E6 Cycle was a nervous time for many people because of the new Forced Distribution system. I ended up getting a Must Promote on my EPR. Grateful as I was for the extra points, I wanted to prove to my colleagues that I could promote without it. McMillan gave me the edge I needed. I smashed the PFE with an 88! 39 points over the cutoff as a first time tester. Even without the MP, I would have beat it by 19 points, having only 1 dec point. (PDG Advisor)
